Everybody trying everything to lose weight but unsuccessful? If you have been looking for ways to lose weight quickly yet safely then you have come to the right Diet Plan to losing weight for men and women. Diet Plan for Fat Loss. DIET PLAN FOR LOOSING WEIGHT.

Six Healthy & Balanced meals:

1.Start day with fat loss Energy Drink.
Choose any one:
A.Luke warm water ,Honey and Lemon juice.
B.Luke warm water,honey,lemon, and black pepper.
C.Luke warm water ,Triphala powder and honey.

2.Breakfast (8:00 am – 9:00 am) – Combination of protein & healthy carbs
Choose any one:
A.Two Slices of brown bread,1 boiled egg without yolk,onion,cucumber,black pepper and with no salt.
B.Fruit salad ( Apple, Papaya, Watermelon, Orange, Cucumber ) with lemon drops.
C.One Apple and Corn flakes with a glass of double toned milk
D.Two-three idle with sambhar and little corriander chutney (Dhania or pudina). Click here for more.
