In todays busy life style , stress and unpeacefulness among people is causing severe problems such as sleepless nights, peer pressure, stress and disturbance etc. Due to this, many people often get angry and irritated  on very small matters . It is said that anger eats away the human brain. Anger is completely normal, usually healthy, human emotion. But when it gets out of control and turns destructive, it can lead to problems- problems in your personal relationships or problems at workplace and in the overall quality of life. It can even make you feel as if you are at the mercy of an unpredictable and powerful emotion.  Today we know how much important it is to maintain a fit and healthy body. Just a small change in our daily diet and lifestyle is enough to keep all the problems away from us. Here are some rare but very effective ways of dealing with your ANGER .

Amla1.AMLA AND GULKAND
For stress and anger management , eat amla’s murabba in the early morning and gulkand in the evening regularly with milk. You will feel a change in your ownself. Amla and gulkand helps in keeping the brain stress free.
Apples2. APPLES
“AN APPLE A DAY KEEPS THE DOCTOR AWAY”, very common saying but true in its every inch of length. It not only keeps the body healthy but also helps in controlling anger and stress management. Daily intake of an apple in an empty stomach every morning with its skin on will give you much better results. Within 15 days you will feel yourself cool and calm.
Fasting3. FASTING
Fasts are a very holy and important aspect in our Indian culture. But it not only has a religious aspect but a healthy aspect too. Just like we need rest from the daily work our digestive systems urges for a holiday too. Digestive system works as a machine day and night. It should be given some break as it will help in increasing your self control and hence leading to control your excessive anger.
